Christmas order FAQ
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by December 1 for Christmas delivery. Production is 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, so the sooner we have your list, the more breathing room you get. Past December 1? Text us at 780-841-5568 and we will tell you straight what is still possible.
Is there a minimum?
Hoodies and jackets have no minimum. Hats and toques start at 12 pieces. For gift packs we usually see orders from 10 to 200 people.
Can we mix sizes, colours and items?
Yes. Mix sizes and colours across the order, and mix packs for staff and clients. We will confirm everything on your proof.
What does the logo cost?
One logo is included in every listed price. A second heat press location is $5 more per piece. Embroidery orders under 24 pieces have a one-time $60 setup fee. Full details are on our decoration pricing page.
Do we get to see it before you make it?
Always. We send a proof within 24 hours and nothing is made until you approve it. Changes to the proof are free.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on orders over $300, and $24.99 flat under that. You can also pick up from our shop in La Crete.
