Within 24 hours of ordering, Monday to Saturday, and usually the same day. Nothing is made until you approve it.

Yes. Reply with what you want changed and we send a new proof. Changes are always free before you approve.

7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof, shipped anywhere in Canada with tracking. Shipping is free on orders $300+ and a flat $24.99 under $300. For Christmas delivery, order by December 1.

Yes, free. Pick any mix of models and colours in your bundle and tell us how many of each.

Flat embroidery, 3D puff embroidery on hats, and laser engraved leather patches in grey, bourbon brown or dark brown. One decoration style per order keeps your order simple and fast.

Listed prices include one embroidered logo. Heat press is $12 for the first location and $5 for a second. Embroidery orders under 24 pieces have a one-time $60 setup fee; 24 pieces or more have none. Full details on our decoration pricing page.

At checkout. That holds your spot in production. If you don't love the proof and we can't fix it, you can cancel for a full refund before approving.

If it doesn't match your approved proof or arrives damaged, text us photos within 14 days and we remake it free. Read our full policy.
