If we mess up, we fix it free
Every Red Sea order is made just for you, with your logo, from the proof you approve. Here's exactly how we handle problems.
Our mistake = free remake
If your order doesn't match your approved proof (wrong colour, wrong placement, a spelling error we made), has a stitching or print defect, or arrives damaged, text us photos within 14 days of delivery. We remake the affected items at no cost, shipping included. If a remake isn't possible, we refund those items in full.
Before you approve your proof
Cancel anytime for a full refund. Proof changes are always free.
After you approve your proof
Production starts right away, so the order can't be cancelled or returned. Because each item carries your logo, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for colours, sizes or quantities that match the proof you approved.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
